I know it's difficult to join, and the simplest way would be to find someone, gain their trust, and have them recommend me. But I might find another way to join through you and your connections.
By member I assume you mean a member of this internet forum. I don't think you will have much success becoming a Freemason in Jordan. This paper may help you understand the situation.

English looks to be your second language, and the telephone directory is not a bad approach, but I am not sure you will finds lodges in Jordan if that's where you are from.
Of course, it depends on what country you become a resident of, but yes, in many countries it is easier. On the other hand, in some other countries Freemasonry is banned completely.
