I just upgraded my iPhone 4 to the 5 today and couldn't get iCloud working with the guy from my carrier's store so I went to the Apple store 5 feet away. I started using one of the laptops and this girl that looked like she was 12 came up to help me out. She hopped on the laptop and started typing away and within seconds got my iCloud up, backed it up to my new phone, and helped me change my password for it.
I've never felt so old as I do right now.....
