Committees Mandatory by Grand Lodge

I am trying to find he committees that are mandatory and the assignment by Grand Lodge of Texas laws? I don't have a law book yet, but need to know sooner or later.

Committees that each lodge should have according to Grand Lodge.

The attached is the standard rules and regulations that GLoTX suggest for lodges to change and adopt. It's got a section on committees, which I've outlines below.
However I'm pretty sure that none of these are required by law, they are just suggested.

Worshipful Master:

Fraternal Assistance Committee - Chair
