The Call for the Annual Session should be in your recorder's office. The following descriptions are taken from the Jurisprudence note, but any error is mine.
Amongst items on you will wish to give input to your representatives:
1. A member in good standing of the Colorado Corporation could vote in the election of the Imperial Outer Guard.
2. Representatives to Imperial will no longer be reimbursed at the non refundable rate. There is no indication this rule will apply to Imperial officers in their travel.
4. The Imperial Potentate could suspend a charter at the request of a temple to merge, consolidate or surrender its charter.
7. Per capita would increase from $15 to $27.
8-9. More temples would elect members by majority vote.
10. A temple may set dues at any level at more than one rate.
18. Current hospital chairmen and vice chairmen would be reimbursed by their hospitals for attendance at Imperial.
19. A trustee already elected who attains age 72 could still run for a total of three terms.
20. We accept children to age 26, as the law now requires their insurance cover them to that age.
