Joining a regular masonic body

Does the GLOTX allow members of an unrecognized masonic body to be "healed" similar to what Prince Hall masons do?

No, as best I understand, someone who belongs to an irregular body must first sever all ties with that body, then petition to become a mason in the GLoT like any other non-mason. He would have to pass through the degrees as if he had never been a mason, which in the eyes of the GLoT, is the case.
