Large Rings

Brothers,

Does anyone have trouble finding rings due to unavailability in size? I need a size 19, but most online selections only go up to 13 or 14. I've only found 2 places that could help. One sells a style I don't really care for, and the other was willing to make me one to special order. I'm happy with it, but would like to have a nicer ring for dressier occasions. Thanks!
