That is up to your Craft jurisdiction. I certainly would not wear the apron of another Masonic body in a craft lodge.

Yeah, if what you're asking is whether you can wear a 32° Scottish Rite apron in craft lodge, I would say that would be inappropriate. As for wearing a personally-owned Master Mason apron or Past Master apron, that would be up to the jurisdiction. Some are quite strict about aprons, others are more laissez-faire, like here in Minnesota.

Personally, I wish American Masons would be more like their English and Scottish counterparts and own nice aprons instead of wearing the worn, grungy cloth aprons from the tyler's station.
