New contraption

    Last summer I purchased a rotisserie to go with my grill. It came with two different sets of brackets so it should fit all grills. After I figured out which one was right it went on easy and worked great. The other day I came across the other set of brackets and while holding them and wondering if I should keep them or not I could see my upright electric smoker in the background. After about 30 minutes with a drill and dremel I came up with this.

    Results= Pork loin smoked for 5 hours over pecan chips. Very juicy.

    So when is dinner? You cant just show that, we need to make sure it is fit to eat
