I'm not exactly sure, but I'm leaning towards no. I tried signing up on that site and never got any confirmation as well. That was before I found this site back in November of last year.

It's up, but the activity level has dipped incredibly. I wish more people were active. It seems the only threads that take off are ones that get people riled up. You can look on the main page at the threads and see when the last post was. Sometimes, you'll go days without anything new.
