I really hope to make a Leadership course out of some of these hypotheticals and what is learned on here.... I hope this really becomes a great tool and learning area for anyone involved in Lodge Administration.

A lot of this stuff is covered in the ALL & LIFE programs. I've heard from numerous Brethren that they do not have access to those programs. If anyone is interested in going through those programs by way of this Forum, please let me know & I'll ask Blake if it's OK with him. It's all printed so I don't think there'll be an "esoteric" problem with it.

I also have a powerpoint Bro. Bill that I made for the ALL Program.

I hope it is more up to date than the books that are still in most Secretaries file cabinets. I for one would like to see the Committe that is responsible for updating all of the materials in the ALL program do their job and get this stuff updated so that those of us who council our new Master Masons will have the proper documents to use, and quit wasting time, telling them that a lot of this stuff is out dated. Perhaps the books should be published on the website, and updated eah year to include the changes as voted upon by the Grand West.

It is indeed funny, I know that the committie has a multitude of items to work on, especially the Wardens retreats. I am very much a proponent of the retreats, however, to me it seems that there are many more brothers who attend the LIFE program, and if the lodges are operating per Grand Lodge Law, then the ALL Program is being given to every NEW Master Mason, I therefore think that a good bit of attention should be spent by the committie on these programs as well. I just have a hard time understanding why these programs havent been work on in years.
