Do the Supreme Grand Master have control over the Supreme Council. He threatened to suspend the Commander when they didn't turn over bank account information, charter tax, etc. He say he has control over any governing body within the organization. As a result the Supreme Council has formed there own corporation which the Supreme Grand Master has said that they're no longer a part of the organization. Therefore the Supreme Grand Master now say the Supreme Lodge is now in control of the upper houses. Help please help me understand this.

Hm, pardon my ignorance, but Supreme Grand Master of what? And the Supreme Council of where?

Masonic titles are numerous and widespread, but only few offices among masonic organizations have international influence.

But as a quick answer to your question: What a GM can or can't do is usually written in the by-laws of any masonic body.
