I wanted to become a pro for a long time. But i ended up as an advanced amateur. There is the lingering longing, but with family, mortgage and maconry, there isnt much chance it will happen. But the lingering... Well, who knows.

About time, but very good news nonetheless. Lets now finally solve some of the world more serious problems.

My lodge is closed. Theres a pause between the saint John and the Sylvester celebrations. Christmas doesnt have a Masonic connotation in my country in the blue lodge. (The Netherlands) Probably because we arent as religious in masonry as some other jurisdictions.

I do not know how this works in other European countries, but my intuition sais it'll be similar (for what that's worth) Note that the UK is also part of Europe. Theres another perspective here. In my country, EA and FC are seen as masons, and full members. And they pay dues like everyone else.

Thats the plan. Its also that there is plenty to learn in the first two degrees so initiates should have time to do so.
