Grand Lodge can control it through your charter. Without the charter, the lodge doesn't exist and can't own property.
That's how it was explained to me, anyway. In terms of going to court, I have no idea.
well, i would agree... anything included in the certificate is "secret."
i put " " because i don't think "what we teach" is a secret, but "how we teach it"
the words we use and the form of the degrees are what we keep secret.
the general lessons (things like "charity") aren't secrets, though...
HTML may be a tough way to go... not many people program websites in straight HTML nowadays. PHP may be better suited.
Also, if you are new to it, start with a CMS like Joomla or Drupal and then go from there, would be my suggestion.
