Nice tools ! Not really sure which is the pencil and chisel. As an interesting aside, the article mentions we don't have the trowel. True in that is not a working tool of one of the three degrees, but it gets mentioned in the Installation to spread the cement of Brotherly Love..

There is no masonic lodges in that country which you can access. Freemasonry as a organization does not exist in UAE.

We have a rule - no photo's in open lodge. It gets broken though - generally only when 50 year jewels are presented. The South (Festive Board) is a different story, we snap away. That said, our lodge web site does not carry photos of living members.. too hard to work around permissions and such...

Here, the only installed and invested officers that are elected are the WM, tyler and treasurer (auditors are also elected, but they are not installed or invested). All other officers are appointed by the WM (except of course the IPM, which is held by right.)
