5% Biodiesel ?

I just noticed around the Houston area that a few stations are now selling fuel that the sign states "may contain up to 5% biodiesel or renewable diesel".

Anybody running this stuff? Had any fuel related problems?

I've the newer diesels are supposed to be OK with it but what about my '01 7.3?

Would an antacid alleviate a few of the problems? Renewable diesel? That sounds more like the stuff they burned in the old days. Not too clean, but with "linger."

I hear those 7.3s are good on gas. All the brothers that have them love 'em. Great tow machines too.
