So I am on my way home yesterday and I am listening to my sports talk radio as always (103.3 ESPN) and the local show (Galloway and Company) has Jim Dent on the author of Twelve Mighty Orphans. The book about the Texas Masonic Home and School Football program. Well he said the book is being looked at to be made a movie. Good news right? Well then he said nothing is set in stone but Tom Hanks has decided to produce it. Better news right? Then he said Tom Hanks has said he wants to be the Coach and not it is going to look like it is going to be a blockbuster because as soon as Tom Hanks touched it EVERYONE wants to be in it.
What do you guys think? I think this will be a great opportunity for our GL to get some publicity and I hope they work with them on this.
