Question about MM proficiency

It seems Masonry does that from time to time. They try to make things 'easier' in an attempt at keeping their doors open but in reality that only lessens its mystery, intrigue and value in my opinion.

It works for those who intend to immediately move on to the Shrine, and I'm okay with accepting their dues and seeing them only at Shrine events.

I am gratified that most of the younger generation want to put in the work so they give and get value with their efforts. Choosing the long form at every option, good attendance at volunteering events, participation in discussions about Masonic philosophy and history. All their choice not mine but very much appreciated by me.
