I was able to visit the Lodge where my Great Grandfather was Initiated, Passed and Raised! He was initiated back in 1953. Here's the photo album:

super cool looking Lodge, It is a shame the outside of these buildings do not match the beauty within.

i get the impression that this lodge has been here a while. that's pretty awesome.

i still need to visit the lodge in NY that my grandfather was raise, i'm getting put through the york rite degrees on the 22nd of august so that I can take part of the ritual that he was High Priest of (I have his PM and HP aprons, which I plan on wearing when I can).

what you describe must be an honorable experience. congratulations.
