In my jurisdiction the Secretary of each lodge in Districts 12, 13 and 14 gathers each year on the first month of the year that has 5 Mondays for a dinner and get together on that 5th Monday. They discuss a few topics, attend to a few pieces of business and usually have a guest speaker. Also each Secretary takes the newly installed Master of their lodge to this meeting and introduces them to the other secretaries who in turn introduce their Master. I went with the Secretary of my mother lodge last night. We had a great catered meal and a wonderful evening of fellowship. I had a great time and will remember it always.
