In my Lodge, I set up a mentorship. The WM ensures all officers have it down, but specifically mentors the SD, the SW the JD and Tyler (sometimes the Tyler is usually the Jr. PM so he's the mentor to the JD and also advises the WM), the JW mentors the Stewards, and the Chaplain with the Marshal...

In Idaho, Lodges can be separated by hours, but if you look at my state you'll see there are only a handful of roads, in state, that go from southern Idaho to northern Idaho. Most often it is faster to go out of state (sometimes multiple ones) to get from one part of Idaho to the next.
Some of my proudest moments were when I was Raised, when I was installed as WM my first time, when I was dubbed and created a Sir Knight, and my first time knighting someone.
If I had to choose the proudest moment though, I'd have to say seeing the first Master Mason I Raised as Worshipful...
I can say all the obligations from the Blue Lodge, Most Excellent Master obligation, Royal Master, Select Master, Order of Malta, Order of the Temple, Order of the Eastern Star, and Order of St. Thomas. I am also a presiding officer or do the conferring in each of these degrees/orders.
