I usually aim for a suit and tie during stated meetings. Casual wear for weekly practice.

It's our policy in our lodge for brethren to turn in their memory work in one session.

I know I probably come across as opinionated quite often...if I do then it's because I am. :P But I know this already and I also believe a man can never be wise unless he knows that he knows nothing...so even though my opinions are strong I expect other people to take them with a grain of salt...

Pretty much. Just because brethren take obligations doesn't mean you can run the lodge like a dictatorship and expect positive results and turnout. I'd just like to be able to keep brethren motivated and engaged. Also, I'm not trying to come across as rude or preachy but it's good netiquette...
