Thanks for the congrats, my brother. I do hope that you did not think I made the fluff statement. Everyone who knows me knows that I am a Mason first and foremost, however I am very busy in Scottish Rite, York Rite, Eastern Star and now to whatever time is left to the Shrine. I for one believe...
I applaude your thinking, I would suggest being a bit cautious on this one as there are many brothers who may not be as willing to forgive as some are. I feel, we still have some in our midst who would not welcome this man with open arms. I am concerned that we might actually do your friend an...
I was just iniated into the Shrine last Tuesday night. For many years , I have considered doing so. I have been so busy in all of the other branches of masonry, that I just never took the time. When it was announced a few months ago, that the Galveston Burn Center was to be re-opened, I decided...
A good question Brother Blake. I am in agreement that men can change their lives, and become good ,contributing members to thier communities and society as a whole. I also agree with the answer given by the GS, under no circumstances would I ever knowingly allow a convicted child molester into...

Thank you my brother. I also feel that it is the responsibility of the Master to see that his meetings are conducted properly, and that the membership, will have an enjoyable time. Most lodges that I am aware of, who have programs, and guest speakers at stated meetings, seem to be doing well...
Howdy from Texas brother, and welcome to our happy forum. The guys here have some great discussions about Masonry and welcome your input. The administrative staff do a good job of keeping everything on an even keel, and the members keep it pretty lively. How are things ( Masonicly speaking) in...
Good for both of you and for the order. The Star is a nice addition to the Blue Lodge, and it does give a couple a presence in Masonry that just isnt atainable by making dinners at Stated Meeting, and on Family Night.
The ritual of the Star is beautiful in its own rite and well worth the...
