The one point brought up is the most obvious one. If we are to survive we have to take steps to make Masonry more attractive to young people, both in joining and then staying.
Yeah, being a new MM I had heard and read that the Mormons had borrowed liberally from Masonry for their rituals but I had never had discussions with those more about this than me.

I'm still in the new stage, everything is new and exciting. As with all things I will eventually settle down and settle in and look at things more realistically.
