Check out Article II on page 43 of the Law Book.
I don't know how many resolutions you can submit but the process is in Art. 172. Resolutions: Law Changes; Charter Petitions.
I have heard that if a Brother Mason doesn't know the Tilers Oath he can place his hand upon the Holy Bible and repeat the Oath to gain entrance. A lot of the old timers say they couldn't pass the test to get into the Lodge because it has been so long since they have attended. This is one way...
We have a book at all GLOT Lodges called "List of Lodges Masonic" that lists every Lodge in the world (and there are lots of them) that is recognized by the Grand Lodge. We are supposed to use the book when we receive visitors to verify their eligibility. If their Lodge is not in that book...
Luke,
Your brother probably didn't know that he was joining a clandestine lodge. The people he is dealing with didn't explain the situation to him. I know they know the difference but don't want to address the issue.
You as a Texas Mason are not allowed to attend a clandestine lodge nor have...

Thanks Brother Stewart, I didn't have my book at home with me. Sorry to hear this Luke. It would be nice if you and your brother could experience Masonry together.
Brother Luke,
If his Lodge is not listed in your secretaries book "List of Lodges Masonic" it is not recognized by GLOT which means you can't hold Masonic communications. You will get to that in future degrees. Sorry, it sounds like your brother may not be a BROTHER.
I think this might apply.
Art. 446. (476g). Certificate of Dismissal. A Lodge, by
unanimous favorable vote, taken at a stated meeting, either by
ballot or show of hands at the discretion of the Master presiding
may grant to one of its EA’s or FC’s, who has not been rejected by
ballot or protest...
At our Lodge we require the degree fee to be submitted with the birth certificate and petition.
Petitions are not free. The lodges pay for them but they don't cost much.
Re: Texas Freemason License Plate-Revisited
Blake,
Has the proper paper work been submitted to sponsor the legislation at Grand Lodge in December? If not we need to get all documents submitted for next year.
