Next year when I become Master of my lodge there will be nine (9) officers, I plane to have each have a phone list with 10 names, each will be asked to phone each on the list at least once a month to see how they are doing and if they need any help or a ride to lodge, the idea is to contact members in driving distance and ones that don’t attend lodge. Yes I know we should be doing this anyway but this will be 90 brothers receiving a contact each month.

My problem is ALL of the phone numbers for all of my members were lost when the Database took off. We will be sending out a mailer though with dues notices to the members to update thier information. Hopefully after that we can keep in touch. We are working on something similar through electronic contact, email etc.
