Arkansas:

Lodge dues: $120/year in my home lodge (Adoniram #288); $100/year in my dual lodge (Magnolia #60).

Grand Lodge dues: $10 per capita; counted & paid as part of the Lodge dues above.

Meal donation: $5

Initiation fee: $120 for the three degrees (minimum; varies by local lodges)

For my lodge (and it varies lodge to lodge):

Fee for the three degrees and legal background check: $125
Annual dues: $100 which includes GL per capita tax and renovation assessment
Any meal donation: what you wish to give/can give at the time

Our lodge is really good about donations. Last month, for example, we needed to do about $500 worth of repairs to the kitchen. It was brought up at the stated meeting, and a hat was passed. It got more than covered with zero coming out of the lodge account.

Initiation, $122.50. That includes Minnesota Masonic Foundation assessment and George Washington Masonic Memorial assessment. Annual dues just got raised to $100.

At my old lodge I believe the degree fees were $100 each and dues were about $75. My current lodge charges a flat rate of $75 for everything.

Yorkrite charges the minimum to cover per capita, but I don't remember what that is right now.

Annual Lodge dues: 190 EUR
Note - we also have degree fees for moving up degrees (to cover cost of regalia, we also have to pay the GL), affiliations fees, to long to list here.
Grand Lodge fees (included in Lodge dues) = 30 EUR/ Semester = 60 EUR/Year

Meals: we eat a 2 to 3 course meal after the meeting, costs between 20-30 EUR pp including wine (yes we drink inside the Lodge building - almost a requirement in Europe). Not compulsory.
Annual Lodge trip: between 500 EUR - 1000 EUR, purely voluntary
Annual Ladies' Night: about 100 EUR per person
Annual BBQ: we don't actually do a BBQ, weather in Belgium is notoriously unreliable, so we go to a restaurant: 40 EUR pp

Other:

Scottish Rite: 120 EUR per year
Royal Arch: 60 EUR per year
RAM/MARK: 60 EUR per year

Each have Meals, social events
