On Saturday I along with 5 others received the Holy Royal Arch Degree, conferred by Lansdale Chapter No 301 in the North Lodge Room of the George Washington Masonic Memorial in Alexandria, VA.
We left PA at 7am via a Charter bus and most of our wives went along for the trip. After a 3 hour bus ride we arrived and the Companions of the Chapter unloaded all of the Regalia and necessary props from the bus while the six of us and the ladies hung around somewhere that we couldn't observe what was going on. At High Twelve the Chapter opened and our Degree Ritual began.
It was an amazing experience, which will take quite some time to process. The Washington Masonic Memorial was a wonderful place for the Degree and it was a great day from beginning to end.
