Lions are an unrelated organisation to Freemasonry. However, it would be quite possible for someon to join both.

As Ryan says, look them up in your phone book and if there's one near you give them a call.

Lions Club is a service organization. We are not. It is natural for the two organizations to cooperate and to have some shared members. It is common for lodges to have a box for donated glasses to be given to a nearby Lions Club.
