I can see where one can take it this way. However, after numerous years on forums, I take a lot of these with a ton of salt....and anyone who disagrees with it is wrong.

Because the x and y genes in these species allow for it whereas human x and y genes are currently fixed and not similar enough to be transmutable once the zygote has formed....Numerous species across different biomes are known to change their sex naturally to increase their evolutionary fitness. Humans replicate natural phenomena daily using science. How is this any different?
