I came to be an accidental Junior Steward when I was a Fellowcraft and upon my raising, I was appointed to the seat and have since been appointed Senior Steward. I got in line before I was raised! (Took the chair pro tem for an EA degree). I know that's not allowed in every GL but I got right in the line, and wouldn't have it otherwise. Two years later I'm the Senior Steward, a Dad Advisor for the DeMolay, a 32nd degree SR Mason and a Royal Arch Mason. There is nothing better in my opinion than being a brother and part of Masonry.
