        Yes Georgia PHA is not recognized by the GL of GA. But the GL of GA isn't recognized by the GL of CA or DC. So its the same. If you join one GL then your focus should be on that GL and not any other GL's opinion. Do you think PHA in Georgia care what the GL of GA thinks? Not at all. If they were worried about that then there would be no PHA.... Make sense?
