Re: if i came to you lodge on a stated what would
1- Does you lodge serve dinner of light snacks? A snack or meal after the meeting
2- Is it dress up coat n ties or casual dress? Dress up as you can but casual is fine too
3- Do you do anything special for first time visitors? Not really...
I was just reading this earlier today. I love the idea of the Voynich Manuscript, however I think they jumped the gun here. I highly doubt that they've got it figured out. Its most likely jsut an elaborate hoax. The fact that a hand full of plants bear some similarity to North American plants is...
Well being as that is exactly the case for me I can tell you it phases them but not significantly. As for the why ask, not sure, I am guessing its been on the form for some time and no one's questioned it.

There is no "JUST A THEORY" in science. This is the point we are trying to get across here. The theory about lockness is NOT a scientific theory it is a theory in the usage most people are familiar with, in science it would be a hypothesis at best. Everything in...

Wow... I knew this thread would be.... contentious, but still...As I see it a big part of the problem is people don't understand the word "Theory". There are two definitions of the word, the two definitions are similar but separate enough that when using the word care must be taken. You see to a...
John, when I first looked into masonry I called a local lodge and they had some guys meet me and discuss it. I didn't join at the time, but as I understand it that's pretty much how everyone does it. This time around several of my co-workers were masons so I simply asked them.
Thanks for the congrats everyone. The lecture was fascinating, it was done in a rather unique way. The WM of my lodge developed a multimedia presentation to give the lecture. It was the official visit of the DDGM as well that night and he even came down to watch the lecture as it was such a...
