Welcome to the forum Brother and welcome back to the Craft. Your avatar is obviously Illustrious Brother Albert Pike 33rd Degree.

I'm sure it was just a language barrier and misreading my reply. We get so many posters asking for contact info in countries where Freemasonry is banned the responses get almost rote. Not going to loose sleep over it.

If you know that Freemasonry is illegal in Tunisia then you have to know that we would not give out any contact information for Freemasons there if we knew any. Which I don't.

I would suggest moving to a country...
Both paths have excellent degrees that are memorable experiences. Many Brothers go through both. But as a newer Master Mason I would suggest that you eschew the appendant bodies for a few years and focus on your Craft Lodge. There is so much for a new Brother to take in there that you may miss...
It serves a purpose in keeping every group of disaffected Masons from taking their aprons and forming their own Freemasonry every time Grand Lodge gets their back up. There's enough pseudo-Masonry running around the states already.

If that's the case then it does sound like it could be concerning. As has been stated previously, let them sell all the buildings. That's a finite resource and Lodges don't need them to operate anyway.
Good luck with that. Since all mainstream GL's as well as PHA GL's in the US claim...
Who exactly is getting these bonuses? the GL as an entity or officers of the GL? It seems to me that you are saying that the Grand Lodge is intentionally selling Lodge buildings for their benefit. Your GL must publish an annual budget with accounting records. What are they doing with this ill...
I'll reiterate my advice already given above. Have you looked into the reason that Brothers who are being suspended for NPD see no value in continuing their membership with the Lodge? If they saw a benefit to being a Mason and associating with their Lodge had value to them, they would find the...
If you are looking for information on a forum like this, it is always better to create a new thread to ask your question instead of asking your question on somebody else's thread. The original poster on this thread was asking about UAE, not Jordan, so replies will likely be about UAE and not be...
Well, I hope you keep searching and find a good Lodge. A friendly suggestion though, using Masonic symbols before you are initiated is frowned upon. It could give the wrong impression.

You were looking for a Lodge in Lebanon a few months ago? Did you find one? Just curious since your profile image now makes it look like you are a Brother.
It is worth noting, that I have seen many Lodges that use what definitely looks like a coat of arms or heraldry but I can safely say they are probably not registered with any heraldic authority. Heraldry is traditionally only registered to individuals, not organizations. I'm not an expert by...
Good on you Brother for attempting to repatriate the items. I hope you're able to get them to him or his family. So many items find their way to yard sales when a Brother dies and his family doesn't know the significance. My GL has a form that you attach to your will that stipulates what to do...
No. And you will get no support from Regular Freemasons to subvert a government who has banned Freemasonry. And honestly, if you are starting your secret group on a public forum, you've already failed.

Not necessarily the end of his journey. But he would need to relocate to a country that does permit Freemasonry and establish himself there to join a local Lodge.
