In New Jersey when EA's are present at the closing of a lodge, they hear the ritual. Now knowing what it means is another thing.Clearer when you are a MM MeCorby.....
Are you a Mason? If so, think about the ritual, and the answer to your question lies there.
My user name on most non-Masonic forums is Traveling Man.
So there isn't an exchange between the WM and SW in regards to L?I think MeCorby is from England ? Could be wrong. Our EAS do not hear the phrase in meetings.. and we work something close to Emulation..
The first phrase is a declaration that states that you are a man who travels. The second phrase is a question asking if you are a man who travels.Hi, a came across phrase "I am traveling man" or "Are you traveling man" - what does it really mean ?

If working Emulation, I think you do. Think of the exchange between WM and Wardens in the 3rd opening, and in full close. This is where "traveling man" is probably derived...We don't have that in England and Wales...
I got that, but it is not necessary mean "travel" from the wordings. If working Emulation, I think you do. Think of the exchange between WM and Wardens in the 3rd opening, and in full close. This is where "traveling man" is probably derived...

P.S. You just make me to remember I need to learn to close the Lodge in all three degrees...
